Born into a military family in Portsmouth, Virginia, and raised in the Florida Keys, Lisa Benedict brings a lifelong appreciation for Florida’s coastal lifestyle to her real estate career. A graduate of Flagler College with a B.B.A. and a minor in Economics, Lisa began her professional journey in retail management and internal auditing, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, operations, and client relations.
Lisa and her husband, married since 1999, have called Julington Creek Plantation home since 2001, where they raised their two children. Their son, Austin, is now a 7th-grade teacher in Volusia County, and their daughter attends the University of Florida. Deeply rooted in her community, Lisa has served in numerous volunteer roles and currently sits on the Board of Directors for The Women’s Exchange in St. Augustine, supporting programs that empower women through education and opportunity.
When she’s not helping clients, Lisa enjoys diving, fishing, tennis, and horseback riding—activities that reflect her passion for an active, coastal lifestyle. Known for her honesty, dependability, and straightforward approach, Lisa takes pride in helping buyers and sellers make confident, informed real estate decisions while building lasting relationships grounded in trust and care.
